Web Hosting

We were just moved Tuesday to the web hosting. Now it's Friday and we still cannot enter invoices, print checks, post journal entries. We have reached out to support, but we cannot seem to get this fixed. All we have gotten so far are a few work arounds. Tried contacting our Customer Success person and their supervisor, but apparently no one is in the office till next week. I guess they are only concerned with their own success!

Is anyone having similiar problems?
