AR applying 3rd party payments

in the Database our clients were listed last name, first name for applying payments. We just got the ability to apply 3rd party payments in NXT and my client list is not the same as it was in the Database. Some are last name, first name and some are first name, last name. This makes applying payments extremely time consuming. Is anyone else had/having this happen? What did you do to fix it?

    Hi @Dawn Marlett thanks for posting. Please create a support case so we can get this resolved for you. When you file the ticket, please clarify where the client list appears to be different than database view. For example, is the issue in the main client list, or rather in the list of items available to apply? Please include information found in the name field for a client that appears correctly compared to a client that doesn't appear correctly. You can find this using the edit button for the Individual client record under the edit dropdown.
