Slow /school/v1/users/extended

Hi all,

Is anyone else experiencing extreme slowness with /school/v1/users/extended?

It's often "frozen" over the past few days for me. It seems to happen especially when passed more than one role type.

Example:

GET […]/users/extended?base_role_ids=14,15,332

I make this call frequently. There used to be a response within a few seconds. Over the past few days, it'll sit for 10 minutes or so before I eventually cancel it.

Anyone else seeing this?

In the support case, note the exact call, what environment you are hitting, and any errors.
