Data Modeling and Power BI Best Practices: Miriam, Alex, Rebecca, Gethin, and others discussed strategies for building semantic models, managing data refreshes, and leveraging community resources, with practical advice on model discipline and template sharing.

Modeling Constituent Codes in Power BI: Jordan, Alex, and Gethin explored approaches for modeling constituent codes, addressing challenges with one-to-many relationships, data cleanliness, and the use of fact and dimension tables, with practical demonstrations and recommendations.

Year-to-Date and Fiscal Year Reporting in Power BI: Jordan showcased a Power BI report comparing current and past fiscal years up to the current date, with Gethin and Rebecca offering alternative methods for handling date logic and ensuring accurate year-to-date calculations.

Date Format Issues with Power Automate and Power BI: Vicky and Rebecca described challenges with inconsistent date formats when exporting data via Power Automate, with Gethin providing a step-by-step solution for converting UTC date-time strings to usable date fields in Power Query.
