  • Regarding the new Data Management Role, can you please clarify if there is a way in Security settings to provide someone access to Online Data Review for Events, but not for Gifts? We have some staff who handle event registration forms, and other staff who handle gifts. All of our event registration forms are $0 registration fees, so there are no financial transactions with the event registrations. I assigned an event staff member the Data Management role in User Management, but they can now see and edit online data review related to gifts, as well as event registration forms.

  • Heather, from what I know and have heard from the BB Product Managers, this can't currently be done but they know it's needed. They've said in public events that they know this is a need but rather than perfecting this and further delaying Online Data Review for events, they released it as it is now with plans to perfect it further over time. My belief is that today's change to moving it out of Gifts and into Data Management is a step in that direction, so hopefully what you're asking for is not far behind. But I'm not in charge, I only attend a lot of BB events, so don't quote me. ;)

  • @Bill Connors thank you for clarifying!
