Education Core List (new) not working

hi

I am having an error since this morning using the List execution job Education - Core API. I can post the list execution job, but the get fails with this error.

Exception: Request failed for https://s21pusa01aafev2blkbsa01.blob.core.windows.net returned code 403. Truncated server response: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><Error><Code>AuthorizationFailure</Code><Message>This request is not authorized to perform this operation.

This worked regularly - stopped this morning around 830 am>

Any help?

Thanks

Hey Bob. Yes I'm running into similar issues as well and a similar timeline… @Stephen Boyle @Todd DeSchuiteneer

Hi - Same. Both with Power Automate flow 'HTTP - Get query' step and now the more traditional ON API call to Power BI using secret and key. I am getting 'Forbidden' errors. FWIW, the PA flow errors started on 7/7/26 around noon EDT; the ON API seems to have started today between when I made the call and clicked 'Close and Apply' (around 10am EDT).

  • Hi Nick. I filed a case with support

  • So, I haven't heard back from anyone yet, but it appears to be flowing properly for me today. What about you, @Bob Raymond and @Carolyn Stevens ?

Hi @Nick Marchese and @Bob Raymond,
Rebecca Sundquist emailed me last night that they got it working again, and I can confirm both cases where we were having issues are now back to normal.

I think the ON API 'forbidden' error was a case of the access setting not making it across in the call (so maybe related?). I had two new advanced lists where I assigned Web Services API role 'Copy' access, but the error experience was similar to when I forget to assign that role to the list access before making the call.

Thanks for helping be the canaries in the coalmine on this!!

  • support emailed me they fixed the error
