Applicant and Grantee Portal

As a reminder, the Legacy IGAM Portal shuts down and will no longer be accessible as of July 29, 2026. Start using the new Applicant and Grantee Portal now to avoid last‑minute disruption. Why is the IGAM portal shutting off?

The new Applicant and Grantee Portal became available for all Blackbaud Grantmaking customers globally in June of 2024 and provides significant benefits over the Legacy (IGAM) solution. We have redesigned the end-to-end experience for applicants and grantees through this new Portal and encourage you to download the Applicant and Grantee Portal Transition Checklist, and visit the Help File, Frequently Asked Questions, and Customer Success resource page for further details and help navigating and learning about the experience.

What’s New 

We’re excited to announce several powerful enhancements that are now available in Blackbaud Grantmaking™. These updates are designed to streamline your workflows and give you more control over your grantmaking data.

  • Multiple responses on requirements — We’re enhancing applicant fields to support multiple responses, making it easier to collect recurring updates like quarterly and final grant progress reports using the same fields. You can find the training video in the Blackbaud University area below.

What’s Next 

We’re currently working on several features and enhancements for Blackbaud Grantmaking™. Here are some of the updates you’ll see in upcoming releases: 

  • Outcomes — For customers using the Outcomes module, the ability to include Outcomes on new forms.
  • Reject applications — Admins can reject single or multiple applications with a reason, comments, and optional correspondence. No duplicate check or linking required.
