Successfully implementing a new AI-powered fundraising solution is only the beginning of your journey. The real value comes from learning how to optimize it, adapt it to your organization's goals, and continuously improve outcomes over time. That’s why we’re excited to introduce the Development Agent User Group: a monthly learning and collaboration experience designed to help organizations confidently adopt, optimize, and scale their use of the Development Agent.

The Development Agent User Group combines structured learning, actionable best practices, peer networking, and open discussion opportunities to help organizations maximize the impact of their Development Agent. Whether you have recently completed implementation or have been using the solution for months, there is a place for you in this growing community of Development Agent users.

A Learning Journey for Organizations Moving from Implementation to Adoption

One of the biggest challenges organizations face after agent implementation is transitioning from configuration to long-term adoption. The Development Agent User Group bridges that gap. The first three monthly sessions serve as a guided learning series. During this time, you’ll focus on the foundational skills every Agent Manager should develop.

Session 1: Guardrails & Agent Management

Learn how to guide your Development Agent’s communication through effective guardrails, oversight, and communication management practices that help ensure consistent, high-quality constituent interactions.

Session 2: AI & Data Policies

Develop a stronger understanding of AI governance, organizational policies, data considerations, and responsible AI practices that support sustainable adoption.

Session 3: Brand Voice & Knowledge Base Optimization

Discover how to strengthen your organization’s voice, improve personalization, and optimize knowledge base content so your Development Agent can communicate more effectively on your behalf.

The Real Magic Happens Through Community

Although the guided learning sessions provide valuable education, one of the most exciting aspects of the program is the opportunity to connect with fellow Development Agent users. Many of the most valuable insights come from conversations with peers who have already encountered similar challenges, opportunities, and successes.

Across every session, participants can ask questions, learn how peers are solving similar challenges, exchange practical strategies and best practices, hear how other organizations are optimizing their agents, and stay informed about product enhancements and emerging recommendations.

Session 4: An Open Forum for the Entire Development Agent Community

After completing the guided learning content, organizations are invited to join Session 4: The Monthly User Group.

Unlike the first three sessions, Session 4 is completely community-driven and open to everyone—from Early Adopter Program participants to organizations that have recently completed implementation and configuration, as well as experienced Development Agent users seeking continued learning.

This session focuses on open Q&A, real-time problem solving, peer networking, customer success stories, practical use cases, product discussions, emerging trends, and guest speakers or customer-led presentations when available.

Most importantly, Session 4 creates space for participants to learn from one another. We will regularly highlight how organizations are managing their agents, the innovative approaches they are taking, and the outcomes they are achieving.
