That's why we're exploring new Goals & Performance Tracking capabilities for Raiser's Edge NXT, and we're looking for customers who want to help shape what's next. 

We're Looking for Fundraisers, Managers, and Solution Admins 

We’re building a list for the Early Adopter Program (EAP) for the new Goals & Performance Tracking capability. Whether you're responsible for achieving goals, managing a team, reporting onperformance, or administering Raiser's Edge NXT, we want to hear from you. 

For this EAP, we're particularly interested in connecting with: 

• Individual fundraisers and gift officers 
• Fundraising managers and team leaders 
• Advancement operations professionals 
• Solution administrators 
• Executive and departmental leaders responsible for fundraising performance 

What We're Exploring 

Fundraising organizations vary widely in how they define success, manage performance, and support their teams. We want to ensure future Goals & Performance Tracking experiences reflect the real-world needs of fundraisers, managers, and administrators. 

Our initial vision focuses on helping organizations define, track, and manage four common types of fundraising goals: 

• Raise Revenue: Track progress toward fundraising revenue targets and outcomes. 
• Recruit Donors: Measure and monitor efforts to acquire and engage new donors. 
• Advance Opportunities: Track movement through the fundraising pipeline and progress toward major gift outcomes. 
• Complete Actions: Monitor fundraising activities and tasks that contribute to success.
