Downtime Window for APIs in BBEM

We've noticed over the past few days that our integrations that are scheduled to run early morning (6:30 - 7:00 am) window appear to be timing out with a 503 error. The same integration runs fine before and after, but consistently fails during this time. This happens in two of our instances.

Is there a known downtime that we should be scheduling integrations around? It looks to have started three days ago.

I work primarily with RE NXT APIs. We typically try to avoid 10pm-1am ET as that can sometimes be maintenance windows for that platform. Don't know much about BBEM unfortunately.

@Stephen Boyle do you have any insight on the BBEM side? This has been consistently happening now for the last week.

I don't have anything definitive. That is when the servers would be scaling up for increased load. So, it could be related to that.

Thanks for sharing. Do you know if this was a recent change or if the servers have always been scaling up at this time? Is there a set window with this happens that can be shared so we can adjust our integration schedules?
