PA steps needed to check a record for active email and mark Primary

I'm trying to extend the flow I've created that unchecks Primary on an email that is marked inactive.

After it does this on a record, I'd like it to search the record to see if another email exists that is active, of any Type, and mark it Primary.

Can Power Automate do this?

Just spitballing here, but @Austen Brown just posted a tip here that might help: to quote:

intersection() compares two arrays and returns a new array containing only the values they have in common.

So maybe you could pull a constituent list where there exists a non-primary active email as one array, and compare it to the constituent list your flow produces. If you match on the constituent's system record ID, the resulting matches should be where you recently marked an inactive email as not primary but an active non-primary email exists on record. But I admit I just read about this this morning and have never tried it! The trick is deciding which one to then mark primary if there are more than one.

I'd be interested to know how this comes out, it's a common challege we face with "Update your information" campaigns.
