Pushpage background color

Hi everyone,

I'm designing a new pushpage template. We'd like to alternate the background color/type color of different sections. So for example: One section will be white with blue text, and the next will be blue with white text. What's the best way to set these colors?

While I'm at it, any suggestions for platforms where you can see how a pushpage appears on different phones/email systems?
