App Approval Request: Application ID 36dd07e1-47e6-4da3-a499-287c25941b50 Stuck in "Submitted for Approval" Queue

Hi!

Our application was submitted for approval weeks ago now and it does not seem to be progressing.  Does anyone know how to get an update or expedite the approval process for the marketplace?  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as we have live customers waiting to onboard.
