Organizations that transition effectively to Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT® web view share one key strategy: a dedicated internal leader. This person ensures everyone is informed, prepared, trained, and ready to embrace new ways of working.
We’ve created a new program to support, encourage and create community among transition leaders:
Web View Transition Leaders will serve as the primary point of contact between Blackbaud, your organization’s leaders, and Raiser’s Edge NXT users. Their role is to ensure that awareness, training, and adoption activities are in place to ensure a successful and timely transition to web view. We recognize that the transition leader at your organization might not be a Raiser’s Edge NXT Solution Admin. We’ve created a sign-up form to let organizations identify this person to us; in turn we’ll give them special access and communications.
Transition Leaders who register will:
- Gain early access to upcoming workflow and feature releases.
- Share feedback that improves everyone’s experience.
- Connect with peers through the Transition Leader community and enablement events.
- Earn recognition for driving successful adoption and making a positive impact at their organizations.
Key Responsibilities for Transition Leaders
- Stay well-informed about Raiser’s Edge NXT developments by participating in the Transition Leader Community and joining enablement sessions.
- Lead internal transition communications at your organization, guiding change management efforts, and bringing your teams together through alignment meetings.
- Share training resources with your team, encourage user adoption, and empower your managers for success.
- Encourage engagement, recognize achievements, and celebrate progress.
- Help identify impacts, risks, and adoption challenges.
Recommended Time Commitment
The time needed will depend on your organization’s size and complexity, but most Web View Transition Leaders should expect to spend 2 – 5 hours per week. This includes attending enablement sessions, planning communications, aligning with internal teams, and engaging in Community Transition Leader activities.
