Sky Add-In for Higher Education Troubleshooting

Question

I am trying to get a Tile Add-in working on the Academic or Core Home Page Dashboard but it will not show up. It is working on the Enrollment Management Home Page Tile however. Any suggestions?

@Erik Leaver Yes, I do have separate add-ins for Academics & Core. I have not tested in other environments but I did just request access to the Sky Developer Cohort and am waiting for a reply. I can let you know once I test in the Sky Developer Cohort.

@Caleb Moodie These are newer add-ins (Core & Academics) so it's possible there's an issue on our side. Before suggesting opening a support case:

* Can you confirm you have separate add-ins for Academics & Core in your application?
* Have you tested in other environments (like the sky developer cohort)?
