This session will highlight what’s ahead, including targeted web view event enhancements you’ll soon have access to in web view. You’ll also get an introduction to the new volunteer management page, where you can easily track volunteer types, statuses, emergency contacts, job assignments, timesheets, and more—all connected directly to each constituent’s record.
For membership teams, we’ll guide you through managing stages of the members’ journey, from renewals and rejoining to upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations, along with reviewing membership transaction history.
