Deposits Not Appearing in Register for Reconciliations in NXT

Question

I am unable to complete bank reconciliations in NXT because deposits are not listed in the register. They do appear however still in Database. And Blackbaud Support has no clue on what the issue is or how to help. This has been an unresolved issue for over a month!! Any suggestions??

Thanks Crystal! And yes, last week I reconciled June in Database view. I then entered July activity and had the same issue with Deposits showing in Database view only, so I reconciled July there too. I'm entering August entries this week and can reasonably assume the same process.

Hi @Katherine Croom I took at look at your case and it looks like support is asking about reconciliation through Database view and to check and see if you are still experiencing this behavior. I would follow up with them and if you are still needing help - I can try and escalate things on my end!
