We are experiencing a banner error when two of our employees are trying to submit credit card charges in FNXT. Message reads 'You do not have add rights. Contact your organization admin to request it'. How do I resolve this issue?

Yes, support was able to help me. Go to Security>financial edge NXT record security and under user security, search for the affected user/s and click on 3 dots and edit, then uncheck the box for view only access. You have to do this for each person it is affecting. I believe a BlackBaud release must have affected this.
