Allocation Issues

Question

Is anyone else receiving errors when trying to run allocations? I received the following error message. They cut it off in FENXT and I couldn't see the full message so I reproduced it in the database. Support is telling me to create a new allocation, but I am exploring other avenues before doing that because it will take a lot of time to make a new one.

To note: the pool that is being referenced work fine with other allocations today. It was the last two using the same pool that started to get error messages

I agree, definitely weird. Try this as a troubleshooting step : Pick something there. If they are all in same company, then the interfund doesn't activate and is a moot point. But if we acquiesce to the error and it still errors out or doesn't work, then that could be confirmation of the corruption.  Just means making a new allocation anyway. But if it works,

@Kevin Brazell  These involve all of the same company. This is one of the reasons why the agent thought the Allocation could be corrupted. I see what you mean with the intercompany field being blank, but we never have to select something for this when running the allocations

@Ashley Snow  can't tell from the 1st screen shot at the account level, but is company what you call Funds ? If so, are any of the accounts in different companies/ Funds? If so, it could be legit. I can see from the 1st screenshot, the interfund field in the top right is blank. Just curious.
