Adaptive Card - Display Constituent Code

Question

Hi,

I created a flyout card that collects various constituent information. I'd like to provide a drop down list of constituent codes but cannot get it to work. I am modeling the drop down list that I created for phone, email, address.. but this appears to be a bit different as I cannot select long description with the Select operation.  Here is what I have so far:

I can see the different constituent codes in the 'value' field, but am not sure how to make actionable in the flow. Thank you for your help!

you can use this to get all the constituent code table entries.

If I remember correctly, constituent code table is code table id 43

That did it Alex! Thank you! Right now, I don't need the "value" of constituent code id, but I could see needing it in the future. What is the best way to pull const code that includes the value? I hadn't appreciated that that was not coming in. I actually thought there were always paired together.

Thank you Lisa! Yes, my Compose Adaptive Card was correct, the issue was in Select field. When I updated it per Alex's instructions and it worked (changing the mapped value to item()).  Appreciate your help!
