Requesting SKY Developer Cohort access (Education Management, read-only)

Question

I have built a read-only campus facilities app against Education Management: room booking with conflict checking against the school calendar, plus maintenance, IT and visitor requests. It reads /users/me, /venues/buildings, /events/calendar and the athletics endpoints, and owns its own request and approval records since SKY has no endpoints for those.

The auth chain, token refresh and rotation, rate limiting and pagination are written and tested against stubs, and the app is deployed. What I do not have is an environment to point it at: our own Marketplace connection is waiting on an administrator, so I would like to request a SKY Developer Cohort sandbox for Education Management to validate against sample data in the meantime.

Does anybody know the lead time on requests to the cohort? I sent mine last Tuesday.
