Integration with Datarails

Question

Hi,

We created an Integration with Datarails and pulled some finance and operational end point but we are missing some fields, appreciate any help how we can pull those fields:

General Ledger missing fields:

* Transaction Number (its Batch number+ suffix)

Batch Information:

* Batch Approved by
* Batch Approved on
* Batch Posted by
* Batch Posted on
* Employee ID
* Employee Name
* Department
* Functional Expense
* MKT Campaign
* Travel Type
* AMEX Vendor

General Ledger Accounts (COA):

* we are looking to be able to pull the COA with the custom columns

@Ayelet Shulman - Blackbaud's Query API can get you access to what you need. Query (in the product and the UI) is used to define criteria for record selection. You'll need to work with the customer to define the queries to produce the data fields that you are looking for. As Alex noted, some of these fields appear to be custom fields so we can't write a query for you that would get you the data you are looking for.

None of us are experts in Blackbaud, that is why we are seeking help.

I'm just looking to be able to find the right endpoint that will include those fields, if it's possible.
