We have an application that pushes inquiries into connected Enrollment Management environments. There is one connected environment, however, that returns a "401 - The request was rejected by the downstream service."
The application was successful in pushing inquiries into this environment until recently, when all requests to inquiry endpoints (POST to /inquiry and GET to /inquiries) are now returning this error. Our application has read/write scopes on Education Management.
Does this have to do with permission issues with the connecting user that connects the application?
