Re: Batch commit/approval reports
@Janet Davies there are multiple posts in the ideas bank about this topic. It stuns me that Blackbaud did not include this important reporting step into the process from the beginning. Every single nonprofit receives donations and enters them into Raiser's Edge, and omitting critical check and balance reporting functionality is a huge miss.
Hopefully this link will work to show you many of the ideas so you can vote on them. Note that you will need a different username and password for that website.
Re: Have you seen the new Status of fundraising in the AI Era?
@Elizabeth Johnson This is really interesting - just doing a quick view of the assessment and we are towards the low end - developing. Lots of things that I'd like to implement to bring us up.
Re: Share your ideas: bbcon 2025 Call for Speakers
@Crystal Bruce We would love to attend sessions about Enrollment Management. Specifically, Applications, Contracts and Checklists.
Re: Have you seen the new Status of fundraising in the AI Era?
@Elizabeth Johnson Looking forward to doing this assessment with our team. From my perspective we are on the low end of developing. With new software, doing well on automation and moving foward in other areas.
Re: OneRoster line items: Creating assignments that are assigned/visible only to certain students
@Eric Eskildsen
True. It's not supported by OneRoster. And we haven't added a BB-proprietary version to our version of the OneRoster PUT. It is in my backlog to research/implement, but not for the immediate future, sorry.
Re: Have you seen the new Status of fundraising in the AI Era?
@Elizabeth Johnson In my organization, we've been really focusing on digital maturity the past few months, including using AI and staying up to date on how to use Google Drive. What stuck out to me about this report was just the overwhelming evidence that digital maturity helps lead to the success of the organization. My organization already kind of knew that, but it was nice to be affirmed.
Re: PowerUp Challenge: Second Gift Management Task
Nice to have in webview, but along with opportunities, it would be nice to have the ability to delete the tribute as well. Also, the addition of the tribute does not follow the business rules/required fields we have set up for tributes (ex. acknowledgee needs to have an address) so that could create headaches down the road if tributes are added without contact information.
Re: Different data between API and UI in Sandbox
If you have a specific call that is different from the data in the UI, please give some detail. I can look into it to see if it is expected behavior. Bryna is right that Directories control what is shown more granularly, so the differences there might be by design.
