Re: Minimum Amount in Optimized Form
@Ravneet Kaur, that could be why we haven't switched, either! We mostly still use the forms via Online Express, but the one from the screenshot was from Online Giving. I didn't remember which option we chose when we created that one.
Re: Minimum Amount in Optimized Form
@Samantha McGuin I'd be surprised by orgs not wanting to set a minimum, to be honest. It's certainly plausible that a valid donor would go through the trouble to go online and make a $1.25 donation, but in my experience whenever we had that - it was eventually determined to be credit card fraud.
Re: Shocked At How Slow and General "Bad" NXT Data Input Is`
@Sunshine Reinken Watson Had just logged out for the day but logged back in to vote! Great points.
I told some of BB developer team at BB con last year my dream was that when they got this gift officer view done that they create a database user view option. Yes, it would have as you described efficient ways to work with multiple records/gifts/etc.
Users have got to voice their needs before all the major programming is done or we are going to be stuck with what we get.

Nurse Portal "add a visit" pop up
When we “add a visit” in the nurse portal a box pops up. In it the parent/emergency contact info is listed as well as the class they are currently in/missing.
Is there a way to add Allergies and Conditions to this box?
Re: Bing Maps Retirement - June 30 2025
Fantastic - thanks @Kristen Martin for confirming. I'll touch base with support to organise an Enterprise Key.
Re: Naming Consistencies and Misc. Bugs
@Ally Nauer I'm glad to see that @Dariel Dixon made some suggestions which may be helpful. As for the first comment, this is a good thing to add to the idea bank if it does not already exist.
If you post a new idea, please add a link to it here so we can all vote it up. If you find an idea (or ideas!) please post those links here so we can vote those up as well!
Re: Has anyone made a connection with Rasier's Edge NXT API using Copy Activity in Data Flow In fabrics?
@Spring Velazquez
I remember the “mention” but have not seen any official documentation on this. It was still leaving up to us to “figure it out”. I'm glad Liz was able to figure it out, however, regular refresh of data is going to require some more effort I think. I don't know if Blackbaud+MS has figure it out for us yet.
And then there is the issue of Query API which works significantly different than a Get constituent list api endpoint and I uses it to gather all sorts of data field that is not available via the standard API endpoints. Maybe Liz can share if she has conquer that yet.
Bing Maps Retirement - June 30 2025
Hi everyone,
We recently received notification from Microsoft that Bing Maps for Enterprise is being deprecated, with free and basic accounts ending on June 30, 2025. We use a Bing Maps API key in Blackbaud CRM for the mapping and geocoding functionality.
According to Microsoft's communication, all applications using Bing Maps for Enterprise will need to migrate to Azure Maps before the retirement date to avoid service disruptions.
Has anyone else received this notification? I'm wondering:
- How will this retirement impact the mapping features in Blackbaud CRM?
- Are others in the community actively using the mapping functionality with Bing Maps credentials?
- Has anyone already started the migration process or received guidance from Blackbaud support?
- Will Blackbaud be updating CRM to support Azure Maps, or do we need to handle this migration ourselves?
Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated as we plan our next steps.
Thanks in advance!
Simon
