@Jeannette Longworth Welcome to the community! You may also want to take a look at your table of Email types and clean those up, to help folks with their entry going forward.

Honoring Juneteenth: Reflecting and Learning Together
Communities across the US are commemorating Juneteenth (June 19th)—the historic day in 1865 when the last enslaved individuals and families were granted freedom.
At Blackbaud, our employees are dedicating time to honor this pivotal moment in US history by participating in several engaging activities, including exploring rodeo culture in the African American community, hearing from black-owned bookstore owners about the positive contributions they’re making in their communities, volunteering, and more.
Our employees across the US are proud to recognize Juneteenth as a holiday. When we reflect on the past and make space to celebrate progress, we not only welcome more opportunities to foster mutual respect for our colleagues and customers, but we cultivate a workplace where inclusion and belonging continue to be woven into the fabric of our company culture.
Happy Juneteenth!

@Aldera Chisholm Hi Aldera. Yes, I am on that and also on cleaning up the address and phone options. Individual voice as an option did make me laugh. ?
Re: Acknowledgement Letters - 3rd Party
@Kim Russell This has been a challenge for a lot of people. I would definitely check out this post from around the time of the initial removal of Microsoft Office integration. It includes several options such as the nesting if/then statements that @Samantha Foster was mentioning.
Accessibility Readers on new NXT online donation forms
My organization noticed that third-party accessibility readers are not picking up content with the new standard donation form with NXT (online giving). It's pretty disappointing that this is the case, especially when we have an embedded donation form on our website which has the UserWay widget. I'm hoping changes will come so donors with visual impairments can easily make online donations.
Re: Minimum Amount in Optimized Form
@Ravneet Kaur, I think that is possible on the 2. Edit tab in the Donation form designer.
Here is a screenshot of the window that opens when I clicked to edit the amounts.

This form is for an event, so the minimum donation is $60/person. If the donor clicks that box, I believe they would not have been able to enter an amount less than $60.
Re: Minimum Amount in Optimized Form
@Ravneet Kaur, that could be why we haven't switched, either! We mostly still use the forms via Online Express, but the one from the screenshot was from Online Giving. I didn't remember which option we chose when we created that one.
Re: Minimum Amount in Optimized Form
@Samantha McGuin I'd be surprised by orgs not wanting to set a minimum, to be honest. It's certainly plausible that a valid donor would go through the trouble to go online and make a $1.25 donation, but in my experience whenever we had that - it was eventually determined to be credit card fraud.
