We're running Altru, and we use Cybersource as our payment gateway (if I'm using the correct term?), not Blackbaud Merchant Services. We would like to upgrade from our magnetic stripe card readers to chip/tap readers. Is this possible without switching to Blackbaud Merchant Services?

I cannot load altru at all. It's up on my coworker's computer, but even she is having connection issues. I checked the Blackbaud status page and it says all systems operational, but I am unable to load the page. Is anyone else having this issue? Error Page
