We have a food vendor that over paid and we gave them a partial refund on that order for the difference. The vendor had an emergency and it was decided to refund the remaining balance on the order. Altru will not let me refund the rest of the balance. There doesn't seem to be a refund option?

Is there a way to query when a web form (online info) password was last changed? I found how to query other web form information thanks to the KB below, but there are no password related fields. Hello! I am wondering how everyone handles soft credits in NXT when issuing receipts. For example if someone donates through a DAF and I want to generate a receipt for the donor also and not just the DAF. Thanks!
