We have a food vendor that over paid and we gave them a partial refund on that order for the difference. The vendor had an emergency and it was decided to refund the remaining balance on the order. Altru will not let me refund the rest of the balance. There doesn't seem to be a refund option?

    @Anna Blanton The last time I checked, sales orders in Altru would only allow one refund per item. If you need to go in and refund an additional amount, it's not possible. Very inconvenient.
