I created a custom batch type with multiple fields. However, when I try to add a Batch Template within CRM the fields that are available to add to the template do not match the fields from the batch type spec. I am wondering where these fields are coming from and how to resolve this? Thanks,
We are seeing household smart fields double counting transactions where both members are listed in the recognition (one self credit and one soft credit). The Value to return is Total application amount for household member revenue recognition. Is this how other Orgs have the fields set up? Thanks! Jovana
