RE NXT Gift management is not showing successful transactions in BBMS
Hi,
I receive notification when a donation is made through donation form on our website and I go to the gift management tab and see the gifts needing attention, once linked these show up as unapproved batch. Recently I had 2 notifications of successful transactions on Jan 13, but do not see the gifts in gift management as yet. There is another donation that I linked to the correct constituent but it did not come up as unapproved batch.
Does anyone know what is happening? BB as usual is clueless so far and promised to push the gifts again in the management tab but I am still waiting.
Any help will be really appreciated.
