Scheduling "Updated Unmapped Transactions" Business Process Solution

According to Update Unmapped Transactions Process only runs manually and not when scheduled, the Update Unmapped Transactions Business Process cannot be scheduled and Blackbaud is not going to add functionality to support this.

Have any of you created a custom solution for running this process? Not being able to do so is a severe limiter for us with having a more frequent and automated post
