Can the nomination form be used when there is a two stage process? We want our program managers to nominate the organization for the first stage and then have the nonprofit apply with the request application in the second stage. Is this possible or do I need to use a different form?

How do grantees add an attachment to an application? In the Legacy there was a tab titled Attachments and this where the grantee would add the any attachments to the application.

Right now, we have shortcuts on our dashboard that shows us when an application or report comes in. (legacy forms). Is there a way to get shortcuts for the new grantee portal when applications or reports come in without going to the drop down to look?
Has anyone encountered this…one of our applicants was testing and added an organization not associated with their application and now they cannot seem to find a way to remove that organization from their account. Ideas? Thank you.
Is anyone else having an issue with home phone, primary phone not coming into BBGM from the new applications? I have tried modifying every phone number field and cannot get the field to work. Mobile phone does match but we often use primary and that does not.
How are you all handling contacts using the same email address? The consider process in the new portal will only create one contact with the email address that's shared by other contacts. Are you then creating new contacts manually off of the information provided in the application? Seems counterproductive to me.
Some questions regarding the pending submissions - new portal…can the order in which the columns appear be changed? Can the column width be changed/saved? Any opportunity to sort the information within a column or filter the information? Thank you!
