Programs & Legacy Requirements in New Portal

Would it make sense to create several generic programs for Legacy Requirements per grant type (is that what was meant by cohorts)?

    You certainly could create multiple programs for different groupings of requirements, but that is not strictly necessary. I think the meaning of "cohort" was really more around grouping different requirements together, based on the specific program. If you had a Sponsorship application, for example, you may want to create a program for any requirements due after August 31st that are specific to that Sponsorship program. You could certainly use a single program, or even existing programs as long as you have those new requirement forms built out in the new portal.
