I cannot get the S Tag for Fund Name to populate in either donation form summaries or in online giving autoresponders. I've been using [[S120:dc:fundName]] but it returns a blank value when I add this to both donation summary pages and autoresponders. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

We recently migrated our website to GoDaddy for hosting. When we made the switch, our Luminate forms stopped working. Support said we need to add a CNAME and gave us the info shortname-live.convio.net to add. GoDaddy requires a name value and a data value. Can anyone help with what those values should be?
