It seems that recurring gifts were transfered into batches which I approved today. But none of the one-time gifts have since yesterday morning. BBMS shows the gifts as processed, they just never moved into a batch. I'm hoping it's just a super lag and they appear tomorrow.

I am looking to figure out the best way to create a report that shows the variance in donor giving as related to our projections. We currently do the projections in Excel and have a separate +/- sheet where we keep track manually. Is there a way to input projections into RE NXT? Maybe through opportunities? Thanks!
When a person sets up a recurring gift for the first time two enters occur. One is more the direction, the other the payment; however, both are listed when we run reports even though only one is a payment. How do we remove the directional recurring gift without damaging the recurring process?
