Having Multiple BBMS accounts run through one database

We are coming across an issue where we need to possibly create new merchant services accounts under our one site ID for two new bank accounts that have been created for two of our hospice entities.   


I believe this can be done, but how would we go about creating new forms in OLX to link to the new accounts?     This is a serious logistical issue as well, because now we would need TWO new forms on our website to direct people to who especially want to make a donation to those two entities.

Hi Lauren Fardella‍. When you create an OLX form, one of the form's settings is a choice of the merchant account you want to use for payment processing. You're right that using separate bank accounts for your two hospice entities will require the use of two separate OLX forms. OLX doesn't support the concept of a single form allowing a donor to split a gift between two different purposes (and then use separate merchant accounts for processing each piece of the gift).


The easiest way to create your new OLX forms would be to simply copy an existing form (assuming the existing form is a better starting point than starting a new form from scratch) and just change the merchant account setting to that of the other hospice entity.
