SSAT scores

Hi all,

Hoping your 2020 is off to a wonderful start!

This is our first season using Enrollment Management (EM). We also use the SAO common application. In December we noticed the SSAT test scores have not flowed into EM as anticipated and have been working with Blackbaud Support to pinpoint the issue. The conclusion from BB Support is that the application must be 'Complete' in SAO and then the SSAT scores will flow to EM. I can see the test score sheet along with the essays are coming with the application in the application pdf whenever we process File Submissions. The Test Score pdf pages are buried somewhere down in the 30 pages of documents in the pdf. However, what we had expected is that the SSAT test scores would flow into the Test Score section on the Record tab.  

I find it hard to believe that once the application is deemed 'Complete' in SAO that the scores will then flow into EM. How/why would the test scores be any different than anything else that comes over from SAO? Other items come in prior to an application being 'Complete' in SAO. Also, many of our applicants will never be 100% complete in SAO by virtue of the fact that they may be coming to us from a public school that will not complete the Student Evaluation (aka teacher recommendation). 

Can anyone shed light on their BB integration with SAO and if the test scores from SSAT automatically flow from SAO to EM?

We truly appreciate any information you may have as it pertains to this as we've spent a tremendous amount of time and energy trying to sort it out - I'd love to button this up once and for all.

We had the same issue last year and it was a fix Blackbaud made to the system. We pay for the SAO to integrate with Enrollment Management and SSAT scores submitted via the SAO were not attaching to the candidate's file (they were lost when I tried to submit).

The SAO being complete was not mentioned to me.
