Need to contact all parents with contracts past due

We need to contact in bulk all parents with contracts past due, either with Official Notes or Pushpage. However, I can't seem to run the proper worklist for an official note, I'm not able to compose an official note from the Contracts List, and I can't find the contract due date field anywhere in advanced lists. Any suggestions?

I have built an advanced list that includes the Contract table (nested under Admissions). My list then has a filter of Contract.ReturnDate is null.  

We use the Reminder Notification built in to the contract forms to send out these email messages. We include merge fields so that the email has the name of the student - helps to reinforce that we really do mean YOU have a contract outstanding.

Reviving an old topic. Below are screenshots of my advanced list. The problems I'm having are:

• can't display the due date
• it includes contracts already signed by a parent
  • we don't require all signatures

Any suggestions on how to notify past-due parents? The contract reminder options are limited.

Contract reminder past due options:

• 1 Day past due
• 1 Week past due
• 2 Weeks past due
