Can no longer filter by current student to bulk assign contracts for reenrollment.

The functionality we previously used (as recent as a month ago) to bulk assign contracts is no longer there, and the new filters are not allowing me to filter by current student, grade level.  Is anyone else experiencing this?

  • Yes we are experiencing the same problem waiting for support to get back to me on where it is --- FRUSTRATED - ReEnrollment starts tomorrow and I don't want to manually assign 900 contracts - really Blackbaud?
  • Hi Everyone, a current grade filter was added this morning, it is at the bottom of the candidate/student filters. Please note- the entering grade AND the current grade will work for both candidates AND students.

    thank you,

  • Has support gotten back to you?  We also are trying to bulk assign our re-enrollment contracts and it doesn't save it.
  • So Sarah's answer is correct, but not 100% informative as to how this feature works. It took some trial and error today, but I figured out using this method.
    1. Select "Student" role because it helps to filter.
    2. Select Current School Year "2019-2020"
    3. Select the Contract Type or types that you used to assign to all of your students for the current school year.
    4. Optional: If you would like to focus on specific grade levels you can select Current Grade
    5. After you select the students to give contracts to the "Assign contract types" will appear in the bottom left hand corner.
    Hope this helps!
