Unable to harvest historical GPA data for analysis

I have been asked to do a longitudinal study on semester GPA's in our middle and upper schools. After searching for a list that may be able to generate that data for me that resulted in nothing, I called support. Support informed me that there is no way to get that data out of the system in the form of a report or an export. This seems absolutely crazy to me. I have already filed a Idea request; however, this does not help me with the study I have been tasked to complete. If anyone has a work around or ideas that may help me out on this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Maybe I'm not understanding what you're wanting but doesn't the GPA Term Ranking report give you that? You can choose school year and semester. Obviously it will be a ton of exports but better than nothing?

Thanks for the suggestion. As we do not rank, I had never played with that feature. It definitely get me the numbers I need. Only unfun part is that the report is is not exportable to a spreadsheet, so I may be doing a bunch of transposing. Thank you very much for the lead.

Feel like a total rookie on this one. I was looking at the wrong report. I was poking through lists when I should have been in reports, and the report I was looking at was generated by clicking the link on the calculations results list which does not have the export option.

I think we all have rookie moments with this program. Yesterday I found a great scheduling tool when I leaned a book on my keyboard and accidentally opened it! It makes me wonder what other features I'm not aware of.
