Azure Hosting and e-receipts from RE Database view

We are on azure hosting with RE:NXT; attempting to set up and run consolidated receipts through the Mail-Receipts function within RE Database view.

We use Outlook 365. I am getting two errors "Overflow" and then "error generating merged document invalid procedure call or argument".


I have a case open with support, but so far they do not have a solution.  I'd like to get this resolved asap, so thought I'd ask the community.

    @Elaine Tucker has support provided a solution for this? I experienced the same thing today. There's a knowledgebase article that states that they know of this error and will update once a solution has been found.

    @Ohyong Baliat since Blackbaud removed the integration with Microsoft word and excell, I don't believe you can do this directly from database view any longer. We just sent out our Tax Letters using the receipting function in database view in which we created our data merge files from there and then emailed them out using the mail merge to PDF email function in microsoft word.
