Errors with Donor Acknowledgements

Hi,

We have migrated to Azure, and this is the first time I am running a Conditional Merge of my letters, I am getting one of two errors, and I am not sure what to do. The first one is this:

the 2nd one is this:

I have remapped my file location back to my desktop and I am still getting errors. I never had an issue before saving directly to my desktop. Export is fine, just the merge is not working.

try saving them to the hosted M or F folders

When I had the first error, I've usually tried saving to the M folder or giving the document a much shorter name (I suspect it's to do with when there is a long file path).
