User Login getting locked out after 3 days of "inactivity"

I have a login specifically set up to access ODATA (for Tableau) within Altru.  Recently, this account keeps returning username/password errors when trying to access the data. 


When logging in to the main Altru page, I see that the account says it's locked due to inactivity.  Is this a recent feature? If so, can it be disabled, bypassed, or fixed so that when I use the account to access ODATA it refreshes the activity status of the account? 


Also, three days seems like an awfully short time to have to log in to be considered "active".  Having to reset this password is very inconvenient and a disruption to our workflow.
