Free Event

I've followed all of the steps to create a free event (link below), but at the end, I still see "Billing Address" and "Sample Registrant". Which makes no sense for someone registering for a free event. Anyone know how to delete one of these blocks / work around this??

Hi Kelly Jarboe‍. Are you still looking at your event form in the form designer or are you viewing it after having embedded the code snipped on your page? The "Sample Registrant" text that you see on the Fine Tuning step in the form designer should be replaced when viewing the actual event form based on the registration types you've enabled the form to capture. And the "Billing Information" heading shouldn't show for a registration where no fees are collected.

Well, that's good to know! Thanks...I was still
looking in the form designer. I'm not our web person, so I just
send the code off to someone else to embed and I didn't even think
to have her try it out. Thanks!

Hi Chris,


I have an event that does include a fee and would like to see the mailing address in the email confirmation. Currently, I only see billing address in the merge field options in the thank you section of the event form designer.


Any advice?
