Electronic transcripts - HELP!!

That time of year again...electronic transcripts are needed and ours are not working properly. I was wondering if anyone else is having any problems.

Ours is not displaying first semester courses and their grades for the full year courses for the current school year. Only semester courses are displaying.

Blackbaud is saying 30-90 days to fix, but as all Georgia Schools know with HOPE Scholarships, we do not have time to wait.

Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have any answers - but oh no!  I was able to pull ours correctly for our HOPE upload earlier in January.  I'm assuming that you've looked at your setup for your HOPE transcript template to make sure that it's set to include fall grades for multi-term courses?

out. We did add the multi-term courses and have it mirroring 18-19,
so not sure what the problem is

What school are you
at? Are you still able to pull a successful transcript? Maybe I can
suggest they look at your setup if it is still working
properly.

I have one thought. If you're using the old transcript builder, there's a heading called "Courses in Progress." On the pulldown menu, make sure "year" is selected and that "Publish to All" and "Publish to Grading Manager" are selected.


We're also having transcript issues, but we use a custom transcript, so we have to wait for Blackbaud to fix it.
