Field Values

Adam Eggert

I'm trying to run a comparisons and summaries report by age group.  When I select "age group" for Fields to use, nothing populates in the field values box.  What do I do to get field values in there?


Example: 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, etc.

Hi Adam Eggert‍ - According to KB Article #48696 you can add additional entries to this field by going to Configuration > Tables > Donor Age Analysis Codes.  For instance, if you have 10, 20, and 30 listed in the code table, the system will offer theses ranges for the report: 10-19, 20-29, 30 +.
