Citrix Password

I believe I use to be able to reset a users password from Blackbaud.com under Admin the only option I get now is to send an email reset link am I correct that this has been changed and I was able to reset from the web browser before?

Hi Marc Facella‍ - Login to to your account on Blackbaud.com, and navigate to your Blackbaud ID Profile, in the top left corner click on the three parallel lines and choose Admin from the drop down menu; click on Application hosting under the Reset Passwords section.  You can then click the three dots next to any username listed for your BB Account and reset the password.  If you have further questions, I would suggest you reach out to BB Support.

I have been having the same issue. I now do all password resets through the Admin App window.
