Combine pledges into one reminder per constituent?

Is there a way to print a pledge reminder for each constituent listing all of their pledges and the total due?

Using the Mail > Reminders it's either per installment or per pledge.  I don't know of any way to include more than one pledge. 


I have printed and enclosed 2 reminders to a constituent in one envelope.  If they have more than a couple pledges, that would get awkward.

You could create a custom report in crystal where you can add multiple gifts on 1 statement.

I designed the pledge reminder in MsWord, created one using RE NXT merge fields and use tables to pull all the information and get a grand total of pledges. Best part made sure it fits #10 window envelope and can also be saved as PDF to send by email as well.

I do not use Mail>Reminders at all because of the functionality due to having separated gifts on each printed paper and mail all in one envelope is pointless, waste of paper and costs.

All the different pledge dates, campaign, appeals, amount and grand total in one invoice. Same applies to creating statements too and paid pledges (cash).

it can be done but not by default in RE NXT.

Some methods:

• export from mail > reminder (db view) and then manipulate the excel file using power query, excel formula, vba script, or copilot to combine rows of same constituent into 1 row and multi columns of specific pledge info (if you want to have the merge to have specific per pledge in 1 letter). Then mail merge
• SKY API to bring in installment data and use Power Automate to do "repeat" control on showing multiple pledges into 1 letter
