Third Party Applications - Is there an easier way?

Hi All,


Many of our International applicants come to us via multiple agents who have their own application. This information is emailed to us, printed out, and then I have to re-enter it into Enrollment Management by first creating an Inquiry and then impersonating the parent to complete the application. I have at least 80 of these to do at the moment and I can't even calculate the time this will take me (Full inquiry, full application, checklist manually competed). 


I searched on this topic but found nothing. I would love to at least be able to start at the application stage, but that doesn't seem to be an option. 


Does anyone have a better idea?

Our international student process is ... create the record in EM, scan the signed contract. We have an International contract that has no build out but this allows us to add the contract to the record and we attached the scanned contract.  We also have uploads options for deposit and agent information for all paper documents to be uploaded to EM record.

We do not use a Blackbaud application at all. Our applicants use either the Gateway to Prep Schools application or the Standard Application Online (SAO) through SSAT. If your applicants use the SAO, then you should be able to set up the integration so that those apps feed right into Enrollment Management. With Gateway, we do have to enter the information manually, but we just create the inquiry and then add the rest of the information (interests, etc.) to the candidate profile. We upload the application to the application section in the checklist tab so that the committe reviewers can see the whole app. No need to impersonate the parent.

I had never heard of https://www.gatewaytoprepschools.com/schools before. It looks like Ravenna for higher end price schools. It is interesting since it isn't regional in the way Ravenna is.
